Meringues are indispensable in the world of pastry, confectionery and ice cream production. Think
macarons, yule logs, or pavlova cakes… Belka specializes in the production of ready-to- use meringues in all
kinds of shapes and sizes. In addition to meringues we offer chocolate decorations and savarins (baba au
rhum). With Belka products, you don’t need to spend time on the basics when designing your pastries or

desserts. Instead, you can dedicate all of your focus to taste and creativity.

Belka started out as a small artisan bakery in Ghent that gradually specialized in meringue products.
Demand kept increasing, and Belka moved to a new production site in nearby Aalter. Today, Belka is

Belgium’s biggest meringue supplier.
